The Audi Q4 45 e-tron ends the year at €390/month

The German electric SUV, the Audi Q4 e-tron, sees its lease in LLD drop below 400 euros per month. Interested?

We all have that uncle or cousin who preferred to drive a poorly equipped German car rather than a fully loaded French one. A matter of prestige, certainly, but also of residual value when reselling. Will this phenomenon repeat with electric cars? That’s less certain.

Factually, the question arises when studying the Audi offer regarding its Q4 e-tron. A very successful electric SUV with impeccable finishing, but at a price still considered “very high” compared to the reference Tesla Model Y. But is that still true? Let’s begin the examination.

What does the Audi offer say?

For any order of a Q4 45 e-tron before December 31, 2024, Audi offsets the reduction of the ecological bonus by 2000 euros so that the price of 42,990 euros (bonus deducted) remains unchanged. Thus, after an initial rent of 600 euros (still bonus deducted) and then 36 more of 390 euros, you can drive for 37 months and 30,000 km, totaling a cost of 14,640 euros. This is very reasonable, as it is less than the car’s natural depreciation!

This rate includes two options: 2 years of additional warranty (even though the lease duration is 37 months…) and metallic paint.

Not widely known, but the evolution of the Audi Q4 45 e-tron is far from uninteresting. With its 82 kWh net capacity battery and 210 kW (285 horsepower) of power, the German SUV provides up to 554 km of range in combined cycle. That’s much better than a Tesla Model Y Propulsion… but 45 km less than the Long Range Propulsion version. The cause? A much greater weight of 2145 kg, which will prevent it from parking in Paris without seeing its hourly rate triple on the surface. Underground parking will be mandatory.

0 to 100 km/h is completed in 6.7 seconds, and the top speed is limited to 180 km/h, which is more than sufficient nowadays. Regarding charging, AC power is 11 kW, versus 175 kW on fast DC chargers. Two very respectable values in 2024-2025.

In terms of equipment, it’s slightly below the Tesla Model Y, but not disgraceful. Once again, the quality of finish is much more serious and flattering.
