Dacia 2026

Dacia has detailed an ambitious product offensive for 2026, centered around new powertrains, a modernized design, and pragmatic innovations.

2026 is already shaping up to be an ambitious year for Dacia. On the agenda: new hybrid and LPG powertrains, a new electrified 4×4 transmission, modernized design, and an upgrade in technology across the entire range.

Sandero, Sandero Stepway, and Jogger: hybrids and LPG in the spotlight

The Dacia Sandero, Dacia Sandero Stepway, and Dacia Jogger are undergoing significant changes for 2026. The Jogger features the new hybrid engine 155: a 1.8 petrol engine with 109 hp paired with two electric motors, a 1.4 kWh battery, and a clutchless automated transmission. With 155 hp and 170 Nm of torque, it promises up to 80% electric driving in the city and a 10% reduction in consumption compared to the hybrid 140.

Another strategic novelty is the Eco-G 120 automatic. This 1.2 turbo 3-cylinder engine with 120 hp is the first to combine LPG with a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with paddle shifters. The range significantly increases thanks to enlarged LPG tanks, reaching up to 1,590 km in a petrol + LPG combination.

The design adopts an inverted T-shaped LED light signature and the Starkle material incorporating 20% recycled plastic. A new 10-inch central screen, 7-inch digital instrumentation, and enhanced driving aids reinforce the modernity.

Duster and Bigster: the new hybrid-G 150 4×4

The Dacia Duster and Dacia Bigster introduce the hybrid-G 150 4×4, a world first combining 48V hybridization, dual-fuel LPG capability, and electric all-wheel drive. The thermal engine with 140 hp is paired with a rear electric motor of 31 hp, resulting in a total of 154 hp.

Thanks to two dedicated gears for the rear axle and a disengageable drive, traction is optimized up to 140 km/h while keeping consumption low. The range can reach 1,500 km, with a usage cost reduced by about 30% compared to a conventional thermal 4×4.

Spring 2026: LFP battery and new engines

The Dacia Spring finally evolves with a Lithium Iron Phosphate battery of 24.3 kWh, a reinforced platform, and two new engines of 70 and 100 hp. The range remains at 225 km WLTP, while consumption decreases to 12.4 kWh/100 km. Anti-roll bars and aerodynamic enhancements improve stability and efficiency.

InNature and YouClip Accessories

The InNature offering is enhanced with a 3×3 m awning, while YouClip accessories multiply attachment points and practical solutions, enriched with new items such as a glasses case or recycled bag.
