5-Year Warranty for Zero Electric Motorcycles

Zero Motorcycles extends the warranty of its 2024 model year bikes to 5 years transferable with no mileage limit.

The 2024 updates from the Californian manufacturer, presented in Milan last month, will now benefit from an additional three years of warranty. Since 2015, Zero Motorcycles already offered a sixty-month warranty for batteries and a twenty-four-month warranty for motorcycles (parts and labor). With the aim of improving services and increasing the reliability of its models, the electric motorcycle brand now confidently extends this warranty to 60 months! A strong vote of confidence in the quality of their products. Zero Motorcycles requires the expertise of Real Garant Zurich – a subsidiary of the Zurich Group – and a specialist in coverage for new vehicles.

This will automatically apply to all models in the 2024 range as specified in the limited warranty information in the owner’s manual, without any action required by the customer, nor any additional cost. In the more specific case of demonstration models resold through the network, the warranty will be extended to five years and 90 days – or 63 months – for parts and battery modules. It is then the shipping date to the dealer that will mark the start of the warranty, without prejudice to the rights of customers under the owner’s manual provided by the dealer.

All buyers of 2024 models (FX, FXE, S, DS, SR, DSR, SR/F, SR/S, and DSR/X), sold and delivered within the EU, will benefit from this extended warranty, which is transferable so that subsequent owners will also enjoy this coverage until the final date.
