Lidl Recharge électrique

This new LIDL i-Station in Occitanie, located in Nîmes near the A54 motorway, is already the sixth of the chain.

Supported by ABB E-mobility, the provider of the charging stations, this LIDL i-Station is entirely dedicated to electric vehicle charging. It consists of 9 parking spaces equipped with fast and ultra-fast chargers, including one of the most powerful models installed in France, with a total capacity of 360 kW. This charger allows some electric vehicles on the market today to recover 100 km of range in 3 minutes.

With the installation of nearly 3,700 charging points across more than 805 Lidl supermarkets, out of 1,600 across the country, the chain continues its sustainable mobility policy.

ACCESSIBLE 24/7 E-STATIONS WITH ATTRACTIVE RATES

The 6 Lidl E-Stations are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing drivers to recharge their vehicles from €0.25 per kWh on accelerated chargers and €0.40 per kWh on fast and ultra-fast chargers. Equipped with photovoltaic panels on their roofs, these e-stations feature 9 charging points:

  • 4 rapid DC chargers up to 90 kW
  • 3 ultra-fast DC chargers up to 180 kW
  • 2 ultra-fast DC chargers from 180 kW to 360 kW: one of the most powerful models installed in France. With the ABB Terra 360 station, LIDL offers a real innovation in high-power charging and makes it accessible to all.

TWO PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE

  • RFID card: Pass Freshmile holders pay the indicated price at the station without additional fees. For other drivers, charges (fixed per kWh or per minute) depending on their operator may be added to the indicated price at the station.
  • QR code: drivers pay the indicated price at the station, with no extra fees, but a fixed fee of €0.50 will be charged if the charge is less than 1 kWh.

After the first 5 openings in 2022 in Villefranche-sur-Saône, Les Pennes-Mirabeau, Landivisiau, and Tourcoing, then in March 2023 in Croissy Beaucourt, the Nimes i-Station is the 6th in the country.
