The AI-powered MBUX virtual assistant brings a new dimension to the driver-Mercedes relationship.

At CES 2024, Mercedes-Benz will unveil the next major milestone of its vision. A reflection of your personality perfectly aligned with your needs: this is the way to achieve a highly personalized and intuitive customer experience, both in the car and beyond. The world’s largest consumer electronics show provides the perfect backdrop for the virtual assistant MBUX. Visitors will discover the “Hey Mercedes” voice assistant in a whole new visual dimension thanks to high-resolution graphics powered by the Unity game engine. This advanced AI-powered feature combines the intelligent systems of MBUX into a single entity and presents a new expressive face to the user through natural interaction. Operating on Mercedes-Benz’s internally developed MB.OS operating system, the virtual assistant MBUX is the spearhead of several digital innovations to be showcased in January.

The Concept CLA makes its North American debut at CES 2024. Based on the Mercedes Modular Architecture (MMA) and MB.OS, it offers a preview close to the production version of the future lineup of four vehicles. Visitors will get a taste of the electric future of an icon during the North American premiere of the camouflaged prototype of the all-electric G-Class. Exciting developments in in-vehicle infotainment, including an innovative partnership, will also be showcased.
