The Lancia Ypsilon Shows Its Face

Lancia has revealed an initial image of the bodywork of the new Ypsilon, which will be unveiled next February in Milan.

This image of the new Lancia Ypsilon, unveiled today, shows the front of the car and, as previously anticipated with Pu+Ra HPE, highlights the iconic chalice, which is part of the brand’s tradition and is now reinterpreted with a modern touch, projecting it into the future through three LED light beams, making it recognizable from afar. Day and night. The chalice ideally complements the new Lancia lettering, crafted in satin stainless steel and distinguished by the original font inspired by the fashion world, “signing” the brand’s new electric era to make it desirable and always contemporary. The front, inspired by the Lancia Beta Montecarlo, will be glossy black to emphasize the new Lancia lettering, as was the case with the Lancia Pu+Ra HPE Concept.

The model’s reveal is scheduled for February 2024, through the exclusive NEW LANCIA YPSILON CASSINA LIMITED EDITION. Equipped with a 100% electric motor, available in 1906 numbered and certified units, this model represents the first tangible step in the brand’s Renaissance, with a clear and ambitious electrification strategy progressing rapidly, in line with Stellantis’s “Dare Forward” plan and supported by Free2move Charge within a 360° integrated charging ecosystem.
