Gala Dress for DS in Monaco

DS unveiled a specially designed livery for the Monaco e-Prix taking place on April 27th.

As usual, the fully electric Formula e championship will stop next week at the Monaco circuit. And for this 7^th edition, DS decided to celebrate the prestige and glamour of the Principality.

The French high-end manufacturer and its American partner Penske have created a special design. Clad in a deep black signature to the DS brand and gold-colored logos, the DS E-TENSE FE23 « Grand Gala » pays tribute to the luxurious outfits of Monaco’s evening events and celebrates the most iconic race in motorsport.

Behind the wheel, Jean-Eric Vergne, two-time Formula e champion and winner of the Monaco e-Prix in 2019, and Stoffel Vandoorne, 2022 world champion and winner of the Monaco edition in the same year. For this special occasion, the two DS Penske drivers will also wear suits and helmets in the colors of the DS E-TENSE FE23 « Grand Gala ». To move through the streets of Monaco, they will have at their disposal a magnificent DS 7 E-TENSE 4×4 360 respecting the « Grand Gala » dress code for the weekend.

Finally, to celebrate this unique livery, a collector’s poster will be published and made available to the public following the race weekend. The Monaco e-Prix will take place on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 3:00 PM CET.
