Cyber Roadster, this crazy Tesla Model 3!

One can imagine the car of their dreams, draw it, or ask AI to create it. Otherwise, we can build it.

Whether based on a Tesla or any other manufacturer, at Mobiwisy tuning is definitely not our thing. We have even earned the wrath of some of our readers by daring to criticize a creation from Gas Monkey Garage. But we maintain that mutilating a Ferrari Testarossa by cutting pieces out, including the magnificent flat-12 engine, is simply a matter of bad taste. And don’t try to fool us by installing an electric motor in a monstrous creation; greenwashing does not excuse any offense.

But every so often, we come across an exception that proves the rule, and that’s the case with this Cyber Roadster. The man behind this project is named David Andreyev and is known on social media as Cyber Hooligan. For the past few weeks, he has been updating us on the progress of his latest project, the Cyber Roadster, on his YouTube channel Cyber Hooligan.

Primarily, it’s based on a Tesla Model 3 Dual Motor, but the finished product will be completely different because Andreyev has tackled not only the body panels but also some chassis elements. The finished car has only two doors, a custom windshield, a relocated charging port,… in short, it’s no longer the same car!

What we love about Andreyev is that he can do it all! He handles a grinder as well as a Mig welder or a sander. He plays with tube benders and filler with humility but lots of talent. Between working in his modest garage, he takes a quick sandwich on a battered sofa in the corner of his workshop before getting back to work. No tattoos, no vulgar bimbos, no product placements, and no stars in his videos. He’s the absolute anti-Richard Rawlings, and because of that, we adore him.

This Cyber Roadster aims to combine elements of the Tesla Cybertruck and Roadster, but it has all the look of a Roadster and none of a pickup. A few vents and lighting zones, including the light bars at the front and rear, pay homage to a pickup truck, but any resemblance ends there.

There is still much work to be done before we consider this prototype a real car, but we sincerely hope Elon Musk hears about this project, which ultimately is a beautiful tribute to his brand. On our side, we will definitely talk about this exciting creation again soon.
