Lamborghini partners with… Macron?

No presidential alliance behind this announcement, just a partnership between Lamborghini and the very popular Italian sportswear brand.

Lamborghini and Macron have announced a multi-year partnership. The first chapter of this collaboration will feature Squadra Corse, Lamborghini’s sports division.

Macron will accompany Lamborghini for three seasons, equipping the Squadra Corse staff in the various championships where the brand with the bull is involved. This includes, of course, the home championship Lamborghini Super Trofeo, GT, but especially the official Lamborghini team Iron Lynx competing in the FIA WEC World Endurance Championship and the IMSA Sportscar Championship, its American counterpart. The brand is making a grand return this year in the top Hypercar category with a charm offensive in the race with the ultra-popular and high-performing Iron Dames, the all-female Lamborghini crew led by Belgian prodigy Sarah Bovy.

The official Lamborghini license at stake

In a beneficial exchange, Macron will be the sole holder of a license to sell the Squadra Corse collection to fans and enthusiasts around the world. Just seeing the enthusiasm for the Italian brand in the 24 Hours of Le Mans village this year shows that this is not a lost investment for Macron!

These two companies proudly share common Italian roots as their factories and workshops are neighbors in the Emilia-Romagna region. While Lamborghini needs no introduction, Macron is a relatively young but very ambitious player in the sportswear world. The brand supplies over 90 professional clubs and national federations and has developed a sales network that includes more than 170 Macron Sports Hubs in over 30 countries. Besides football, rugby, basketball, volleyball, baseball, handball, futsal, and athletics, the Italian brand has made impressive inroads into the very popular Padel by developing a range of rackets.
