Lancia wants to make rallying accessible to everyone!

Lancia continues its sports renaissance with the arrival of the Ypsilon HF Racing, a model designed to make rally sensations accessible to a wider audience.

Homologated in the Rally6 category, the lowest level of the global scale, the Lancia Ypsilon HF Racing targets young drivers looking for their first simple, educational, and affordable competition vehicle. It could also suit gentlemen drivers looking for a reliable little toy to challenge the clock on weekends in regional rallies.

This new variant is based on the chassis of the Ypsilon Rally4 HF, already well-established in competitions but with a deliberately lighter technical specification to better meet entry-level requirements. It features a 1.2-liter turbo three-cylinder engine with 145 horsepower, paired with a manual six-speed gearbox and a mechanical differential, for direct and responsive driving.

Top Safety, Low Price

Lancia emphasizes safety and authentic driving: FIA roll cage, reinforced brakes (302 mm at the front, 290 mm at the rear), cockpit identical to the Rally4 version, and complete equipment for real competition conditions. All with a clear objective: to offer a high-performance tool with controlled operating costs.

Priced at €38,900 excluding VAT in a “ready to race” configuration, the Ypsilon HF Racing will be available from the end of summer through the Stellantis Motorsport Racing Shop. It complements Lancia’s overall strategy to democratize motorsport and support the talents of tomorrow.
