Alpine Reveals Pricing for the Electric SUV A390
The new fastback sportscar, and not an SUV in Dieppe language, is announced as a strategic turning point for Alpine.
Alpine takes a new step in its electric shift. The French brand opens orders for its brand-new electric SUV, the A390, starting November 4, 2025. The first all-wheel-drive model in the brand’s history, it embodies the vision of a family-friendly, high-performance fastback sports car. The GT version, with 400 hp, will be available at order opening for €67,500 including tax, while the more radical GTS with 470 hp will follow in early 2026 at €78,000 including tax.
Assembled in Dieppe, powered in Cléon, and equipped with batteries produced in Douai, the A390 symbolizes 100% French industrial expertise. This five-seater model combines elegance, agility, and versatility, thanks to its three electric motors, all-wheel drive, and the patented Alpine Active Torque Vectoring (AATV) system, which optimizes torque distribution for exemplary traction.
A sporty Alpine?
With an 89 kWh battery, the A390 GT claims up to 555 km of WLTP range and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds. The more radical GTS reduces this figure to 3.9 seconds for a top speed of 220 km/h. Fast charging reaches 190 kW, allowing charging from 15% to 80% in less than 25 minutes.
The interior is distinguished by meticulous detailing: Nappa leather, Alcantara, Sabelt sports seats, and a Devialet sound system with 13 speakers. The connected interface Alpine Portal integrates Google, a 12-inch screen, and five years of complimentary connected services.
