Starting grid and TV schedule for the Emilia-Romagna F1 Grand Prix

Rendez-vous at Imola this Sunday, May 18, 2025, at 3:00 PM for the seventh race of the 2025 F1 season.

The F1 World Championship stops at the legendary Imola circuit, which hosts Formula 1 for the 32nd time since its debut on the calendar in 1980. Pole position goes to Oscar Piastri, confirming his excellent season by clinching first place for the third time. He will share the front row with Max Verstappen, who is only 34 thousandths of a second ahead of the McLaren.

Behind them, George Russell and Lando Norris will form a second row, both representing Britain. The third row will be in Spanish colors with Fernando Alonso and Carlos Sainz, ready to push hard to move closer to the front.

Alexander Albon, who delivered a solid performance, will start seventh ahead of Lance Stroll, marking the return to Q3 for both Aston Martins after a difficult start to the season. Isack Hadjar and Pierre Gasly complete the top 10, offering their teams a great opportunity to shine.

For Ferrari, the situation is more complicated. Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton will start from the sixth row, far from the Scuderia’s ambitions. Andrea Kimi Antonelli, racing in his first home Grand Prix, will start from thirteenth position, alongside Gabriel Bortoleto.

Further down the grid, Franco Colapinto, involved in an incident at the end of Q1 and penalized one position, will start sixteenth, ahead of Nico Hülkenberg and Esteban Ocon. Finally, the last row will be occupied by Oliver Bearman and Yuki Tsunoda, the latter unable to set a time after an accident in Q1.

The start will be given this Sunday at 3:00 PM at the Imola circuit. An exciting race to follow, full of stakes and surprises.
