How to get a refund for your Navigo in case of delay?
This page is translated from the original post "Comment obtenir le remboursement de votre Navigo en cas de retard ?" in French.

Starting Wednesday, March 20, Navigo subscribers will be able to get refunded up to one and a half months of their monthly pass thanks to a compensation campaign.
How can you get refunded? How do you know if you’re eligible? We explain.
Am I eligible in case of a delay?
The refunds concern Navigo subscribers from the Île-de-France region:
- imagine R student,
- imagine R school,
- Navigo Annual (all zones),
- Navigo Annual Senior,
- Navigo Month (all zones),
- Navigo 50% Discount Month (all zones),
- and Navigo Solidarity 75% Month (all zones).
Once the refund platform is open, you will simply be able to log in and check your eligibility.
Which lines are eligible for refunds?
It’s simple, all lines and routes where punctuality has been below 80% for at least three months in 2023 are eligible for the refund campaign.
And this year, Île-de-France Mobilités is raising its standards and is also compensating subscribers living or working on a route where annual punctuality has been below 85%.
For the year 2023, this applies to the RER lines A, B, C, D and the P line.
How are your refunds calculated?
The refunded amount is personalized for each traveler, based on:
- The routes you have traveled on,
- The number of months of pass purchased during the impacted periods
- Your pass.
The compensations range from half a month to one and a half months of the monthly pass refunded. Starting at the end of March, you will be able to log in to a dedicated platform for your refunds and submit your requests for the 2023 punctuality campaign.
