Huck Cycles Stinger, an electric motorcycle that doesn’t lack style
This page is translated from the original post "Huck Cycles Stinger, une moto électrique qui ne manque pas de style" in French.

With its new Stinger, Huck Cycles aims to demonstrate that electric bikes are not incompatible with riding pleasure.
Huck Cycles, a company based in the United States, focuses on small motorcycles with a sleek look to carve out a place in the electric two-wheeled market. Its latest creation, the Stinger S, complements a lineup that includes two other models, the Rebel and the Overland. Already available for order, it will soon hit American roads, with initial deliveries scheduled for February 2023.
In Standard configuration, the Stinger S can reach approximately 70 km/h. The motorcycle is powered by a 3 kW motor, which can provide up to 6 kW at peak. With its 6 kWh battery, which is quite substantial for a vehicle of this size, the battery ensures good range. Huck Cycles announces 190 km of range at 30 km/h, 130 km at 50 km/h, and 100 km at 70 km/h.
Huck Cycles Stinger Performance: a second, slightly faster version
The second available version, officially called “Performance Upgrades,” features a slightly more powerful motor (nominal 3 kW but up to 8.5 kW at peak). It is a bit faster, with a top speed measured at around 90 km/h. Since the battery is larger (7.2 kWh capacity), this increase in power does not affect the declared range, which remains exactly the same as the Standard version.
Regardless of the version, the Stinger is mounted on 17-inch wheels and weighs just under 100 kilograms. It features a 5.75-inch TFT screen. The braking system uses a dual-piston hydraulic disc setup. The DNM-brand suspensions and sport tires are reserved for the more powerful version.
This new model is currently exclusive to the American market, priced at $8,690 (approximately €8,200). If the minimalist electric motorcycle concept appeals to you, you can also consider the Consian Aurora, which will be sold in France.
