This Ferrari is worth bricks!
A life-size Ferrari 296 GTS entirely built with LEGO bricks now welcomes visitors to LEGOLAND Florida.
Encountering a Ferrari under the Floridian sun is certainly rare, but nothing out of the ordinary. The one that has been standing at the entrance of the local amusement park since March 8 is, however, much more extraordinary.

Measuring 4.5 meters long, 2.3 meters wide, and 1.2 meters tall—just like the original—it’s significantly less sleek than its twin sister, weighing nearly two tons. It only shares the steering wheel and rims with her. Like a real Ferrari 296 GTS, it features functional headlights, a driver’s door that opens, and a V6 twin-turbo engine. Naturally, this engine relies heavily on plastic, unlike its thermal counterpart that uses the most advanced and lightweight materials to develop 654 horsepower. The power is even increased to 818 horsepower with hybrid assistance, but it’s unknown whether this LEGO Ferrari is electrified.
A Titan’s Work
This extraordinary creation, which took 1850 hours to build, was meticulously crafted by a team consisting of a designer, six master model-makers, and three animators, who ensured every detail matched that of a real Ferrari 296 GTS.

This car, which can hardly be called anything else considering the incredible effort involved, is already the fourth full-scale LEGO replica built, following a F40 at LEGOLAND California, a Monza SP1 at LEGOLAND Billund in Denmark, and a Daytona SP3 at LEGOLAND Windsor in the UK.
