The new Skoda Octavia from 29,880 euros

Skoda’s bestseller is offered in sedan and station wagon versions, with a sporty RS version developing 265 hp coming later this year.

Presented a month ago, the restyled Skoda Octavia joins the Czech manufacturer’s lineup in France today. The current offer includes 3 petrol engines: a 116 TSI manual, a 116 Hybrid 1.5 TSI DSG, and a 150 Hybrid 1.5 TSI DSG, as well as a 150 horsepower diesel engine paired with a 7-speed DSG transmission. It is available as a sedan from €29,880. The station wagon body style is also offered at an additional cost ranging from €940 to €1,260 depending on the version. The high-performance RS variant will be available later this year, with the 2.0 TSI engine now developing 265 hp. In the coming weeks, the 2.0 TDI 116 will be offered with a 6-speed manual transmission.

The restyled Octavia comes standard, starting from the Selection trim, with a rearview camera and parking sensors, dual-zone automatic climate control, emergency braking assist, lane keeping assist, and wireless Smartlink system (Android Auto, Apple CarPlay).

The Sportline version adds a more dynamic look, anti-theft alarm, progressive power steering, Driving Mode Select, full LED taillights with sequential indicators, an electric tailgate with Virtual Pedal, front parking sensors, sport seats, and a specific upholstery, along with a lowered sports chassis by 15mm.
