The Fiat Panda continues its journey

The little Fiat Panda inherits a special Pandina series and sees its successful career extended until 2027.

The Panda has been a part of our lives for already forty-four years, with over 8 million units sold. Loyal to the values of simplicity, creativity, and practicality inherent to the model, this special series bears the name that devoted fans give to the Panda, namely “Pandina”.

A Panda Full of ADAS

Equipped with new driving assistance systems, the renowned ADAS, a new digital instrument cluster, and a new steering wheel, this special series marks a technological step forward for the Panda. The standard equipment includes all-new features designed to help the driver in city and off-city driving: advanced emergency braking system, lane-keeping assistance, and drowsiness detection. The traffic sign recognition system is also part of the package and benefits from the 7-inch digital display.

The rear parking sensors allow for easy parking in crowded city streets, while the new cruise control maintains the programmed speed from 30 km/h without pressing the accelerator pedal. Automatic switching high beams adapt lighting to traffic conditions, making night driving easier. Lastly, 6 airbags complete the standard safety equipment.

Most of these features are managed by a camera installed on the vehicle’s interior rearview mirror.

Pandina right to the bumpers

In terms of design, it features a new white-painted dashboard, new seats with the “Pandina” monogram and logo in relief, yellow double stitching, white details, and Seaqual thread containing a sustainable and fully traceable raw material made from marine debris.

It will be easy to identify the model thanks to the little pandas on the wheel arches, yellow mirror housings, and especially the “Pandina” lettering on the side moldings and a “Pandina” decal on the third brake light.

In addition to the existing colors – Gelato White, Cinema Black, Passion Red, and Italy Blue – Pandina offers the new Positano Yellow and new two-tone combinations with a contrasting black roof.

The new Pandina special series will be available from this summer in main European countries.
