Porsche Hosts Its Icons Festival in Dubai (Photo Gallery)

On the occasion of the presentation of its new Panamera in Dubai, Porsche organized a large open-air exhibition.

It has now become the must-attend annual event for Porsche enthusiasts as the cold weather sets in across Europe: the Icons of Porsche Festival in Dubai. In summer, there is Pebble Beach or Goodwood, as well as Le Mans Classic every other year. In winter, Porsche sets up in the Middle East, one of the world’s leading markets for luxury cars.

This year presented a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the German brand… as well as the 60th anniversary of the legendary 911. To mark the occasion, the Panamera made its public debut there for the first time. Visitors also could marvel at 718 Spyder RS, Vision 357 Speedster, the hypercar Mission X, the stunning 911 S/T, racing cars, historic stars… and the world’s largest inflatable Porsche 911!

Measuring 20 meters in length, 8 meters in width, and 6 meters in height, this Porsche 911 even set a new Guinness World Record as the largest inflatable car ever created.
