Is the upcoming hybrid MG MG3 hatchback leaking?

MG will present, on Monday morning February 26 at the Geneva show, its new hybrid city Supermini that will be launched in 2024.

Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. While electric is thriving at MG, it doesn’t mean we should forget about the rest. The thermal SUV ZS available from 15,000 euros is booming, and a hybrid city car is on its way.

Named MG3, it indicates it will position itself below the MG4 in terms of size, in the B segment against a Renault Clio or a Peugeot 208. Its presentation will take place on the morning of Monday, February 26, on the Chinese manufacturer’s stand at the Geneva Motor Show (Switzerland). Its commercialization will be very quick afterward, MG promising to put it into circulation in 2024.

An Ultra-Connected Cabin?

MG has already revealed an official view of the MG3, showing its interior above. We see an interior capable of accommodating 5 people and seats that are generously sculpted and padded. The finish looks serious.

Across from the two front passengers, the dash features two screens. Usual shortcuts are located on the console to facilitate access to obvious functions like air conditioning, defogging, etc.

The central dial, between the seats, controls the automatic gearbox. In front of it, a deep bin can hold two bottles and all that a glove compartment can inherit. MG claims to be ultra aggressive in terms of quality/price/performance ratio.

Another Highlight at the Geneva Show

The Cyberster superstar, MG’s electric roadster, will also be making the trip to Switzerland. The Chinese manufacturer will reveal all the necessary information for its launch in Europe, such as pricing, performance, range, and colors.
