Here are the prices for the facelifted Renault Austral

Renault offers a streamlined range and technological updates for its hybrid SUV Austral to revitalize it against the competition.

Renault has restructured the offering of its Austral SUV to make it clearer, with three trim levels. The entry-level Evolution aims to be affordable, the intermediate Techno version offers more equipment, and the top-of-the-line Esprit Alpine features a sporty style, highlighting the brand’s goal of strengthening its presence in the C segment.

The design of the Austral adopts the stylistic codes of Renault’s new language, in harmony with the Rafale model. This approach enhances visual coherence and the character of the hybrid models, which symbolize the brand’s ambition in higher segments. This stylistic choice also supports Renault’s hybrid line, while reinforcing the range’s identity.

The Renault Austral is built on the CMF-CD platform, which incorporates advanced technologies. These include a multi-link rear suspension paired with the four-wheel steering system 4Control Advanced, providing increased stability at high speeds and optimized maneuverability in urban environments. Matrix LED Vision headlights ensure adaptive lighting, while the head-up display projects information directly onto the windshield for intuitive reading. The vehicle also features a driver recognition system and Level 2 driving assistance.

Regarding the powertrain, the full E-Tech hybrid system of 200 hp combines performance and energy efficiency, with a homologated consumption of 4.7 liters per 100 kilometers according to the WLTP cycle. The OpenR Link multimedia system, with integrated Google, enhances the connected experience onboard.

The interior of the Austral stands out for its modularity and comfort. The 16 cm sliding bench, which is tiltable and foldable, allows the load capacity to be adjusted between 527 liters and 1,736 liters. The interior finishes, inspired by higher segments, enhance comfort and perceived quality of the cabin.
