From 25,000 to 34,400 euros, prices drop and Mokka for everyone!

The Mokka, the successful compact SUV from Opel, is available in three types of engines: petrol, hybrid, and electric.

Opel has decided to simplify its Mokka catalog with two main trims, “Edition” and “GS,” each of which can be customized with two packages. The different engines meet distinct performance and emissions standards, with a wide range of prices.

The petrol version of the Mokka is equipped with a 1.2-liter turbocharged engine, offering a power output of 100 kW (136 hp). This model is the entry-level choice, available starting from 25,000 euros.

The Mokka Hybrid combines this petrol engine with an electric motor of 21 kW (28 hp). This system uses 48-volt technology and a six-speed electrified dual-clutch gearbox. This configuration allows for partial electric driving at low speeds and reduces fuel consumption as well as CO2 emissions. The hybrid model is available from 28,000 euros.

The fully electric version, the Mokka Electric, is equipped with a 115 kW (156 hp) motor and a 54 kWh battery. This powertrain offers a maximum range of 403 kilometers according to the WLTP cycle. The vehicle is priced from 34,400 euros. Thanks to its battery positioned under the floor, the Mokka Electric benefits from a lowered center of gravity, improving stability and weight distribution.

Which Mokka to choose? The hybrid version offers a compromise between petrol and electric engines, while the electric version is aimed at those seeking a zero-emission driving experience and sufficient range for mixed use. The petrol engine remains the most affordable, targeting drivers who prioritize a lower initial cost.
