A highly customized Bentayga EWB Azure V8 has been delivered to its future owners, after being handcrafted by Bentley’s bespoke and personalization division, Mulliner. Surprisingly enough, this two-tone exterior finish is now offered as an factory option!

Among the unique features requested by owners was a bespoke two-tone exterior finish, which prompted Bentley Motors to advance the launch of two-tone finishes for the Bentayga EWB by 12 months.

Unique Colors for a Unique Bentley

This order from a couple in Irvine, California, for a Bentayga EWB is typical of how a Bentley can evolve within Mulliner’s workshops. The clients initially visited Bentley Newport Beach to order a Bentayga EWB Azure V8 First Edition. They then chose the exterior colors and interior finishes from the 46 billion different configurations available.

They were immediately drawn to Kingfisher, a shiny metallic electric blue finish. Under the good advice of their Bentley salesperson, they thankfully decided it needed a more understated contrasting exterior color. Luckily, Bentley had a two-tone option in its portfolio. This initiated a process to bring forward by one year the launch of this option on the Bentayga EWB.

For the interior, they chose to stay bold with a combination of mandarin leather and Imperial blue. A guarantee of exception.

The trend for custom orders through Mulliner continues to grow, with about 75% of vehicles being personalized in 2023. This represents a 43% increase in Mulliner content compared to 2022, itself a record year, demonstrating the growing demand for customization in luxury automobiles.
