Rimac has just unveiled its latest model, the Nevera R. Welcome to the era of electric Hyper Sportscars.

The Rimac Nevera R is not only lower than the “base” Nevera, but it deliberately adopts a forward-leaning stance with 21-inch rear wheels and 20-inch front wheels. This design was achieved through close collaboration between designers and engineers. The large fixed rear wing is paired with a new diffuser to increase downforce by 15% while reducing drag by 10%. Such figures could drive Formula 1 engineers crazy, where the norm in either direction is usually in tenths of a percent! The new Michelin Cup 2 tires also increase overall grip by 5%, while new EVO2 carbon-ceramic brakes are in charge of bringing you back to reason.
Built around the new generation Rimac 108 kWh battery, the Nevera R offers more power and efficiency while lowering its weight, which ensures effectiveness in terms of both performance and range.
Production of the Rimac Nevera R will be limited to just 40 units worldwide, and while its price is not yet known, it is expected to approach 2.5 million euros.
