The Cadillac of American stars goes fully electric

For years, the Cadillac Escalade has been the undisputed star among celebrity SUVs across the Atlantic.
Synonymous with success, the Escalade is often the must-have accessory on red carpets and rap music videos. Today, the brand makes a bold move by unveiling the Escalade IQL 2026, a fully electric version that promises even more space and technology.
Always more spacious, the Escalade IQL features a refined and elongated silhouette, offering a third row that is more comfortable thanks to an additional 10 centimeters for legroom. The front trunk (“eTrunk”) adds 345 liters of secure storage, ideal for family getaways or Hollywood shoots.
Inside, luxury and innovation take center stage. The Executive Second Row option offers individual screens for each passenger, massaging seats with 14 adjustments, and even retractable trays for ultimate comfort. And of course, the famous 1.4-meter curved screen dominates the dashboard, integrating navigation, apps, and entertainment.
Huge in every way
Under the hood, or rather beneath the floor, the massive 205 kWh battery ensures a range of 740 kilometers. Need a boost? Ten minutes on a fast charger is enough to recover 186 kilometers. With 750 horsepower and a “Velocity Max” mode, the Escalade IQL accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds, while being able to tow up to 3,400 kilograms.
For audiophiles, Cadillac has planned up to 42 speakers with Dolby Atmos, while the Super Cruise system, fully autonomous, comes standard for effortless driving. A small bonus: the bidirectional charging feature can power a house during a power outage.
Available in four trims, starting at $132,695, the Escalade IQL maintains its status as the star SUV. Manufactured from mid-2025 at the ZERO plant in Detroit, it will be available in the United States, Canada, and perhaps in Europe if sales are satisfactory. With over one million units sold since its launch, Cadillac continues to make the Escalade shine on screens big and small.
