The new Skoda Enyaq is more beautiful and less expensive

The French prices for the Skoda Enyaq electric for the 2025 facelift have been unveiled by Skoda, and it’s a pleasant surprise!

With 250,000 units sold in Europe since its launch in 2020, the Skoda Enyaq is a smart choice. Why? Because it shares its electric platform with the Volkswagen ID.4 and Audi Q4 e-tron, but manages to outperform them in sales. And Skoda doesn’t stop there: the Czech manufacturer introduces updates almost every year.

For 2025, the facelift is striking with a new front end that smooths its profile. The result: an impressive aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) of 0.245 for an SUV of this size. This not only pleases the eye but also benefits the range, with a few extra kilometers gained on each version.

In France, a limited but relevant choice

A small surprise: there is currently no Enyaq 60 version available on the French market. Only the more powerful variants, Enyaq 85 and Enyaq 85X, will be available. And in terms of range? It increases to 586 km (+16 km) for the first and 549 km (+21 km) for the second.

The starting price for the Enyaq 85 in Element trim is set at €46,270, making it eligible for the Eco Bonus! Admittedly, it remains expensive compared to a Tesla Model Y Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive, but Skoda has compelling arguments with an attractive design, premium interior materials, and flawless build quality. Forget annoying creaks after a few thousand kilometers; everything stays in place here. And with a 585-liter trunk, it’s well thought out for daily use.

The implementation of the new 2025 Eco Bonus has complicated setting these prices. The reduction in aid — €2,000 less for everyone, and even €4,000 less for modest households — makes accessibility harder. To be clear, these high-end versions target a more affluent audience. But for those willing to take the plunge, the 2025 Skoda Enyaq seems well poised to convince.
