Tesla is finally doing better in Europe!

After two difficult years, Tesla is gradually returning to growth in the European market with an encouraging rebound in sales.

Following a sluggish 2025, Tesla appears to be regaining traction in Europe. Registration data for February 2026 shows a more positive trend, driven by significant rebounds in several key markets, despite ongoing disparities.

The strongest signal comes from Norway, a true laboratory for electric mobility. With 1,210 vehicles registered, Tesla becomes the best-selling brand of the month there. This represents a 75.6% increase year-on-year, highlighting a stark contrast to the downturn observed in January. In a market where 98% of sales are for 100% electric models, the Tesla Model Y significantly leads this recovery.

France is no longer a cursed land for Tesla

The momentum is also notable in France, where Tesla has recorded a marked rebound after a particularly weak start to the year. Registrations increased by 55% in February, notably driven by the strong return of the Model Y, which reclaims the top spot in electric vehicle sales. However, this recovery occurs against a generally unfavorable backdrop: the French automotive market remains in decline, indicating that the American brand is gaining ground despite a tense environment.

This improvement is partly explained by a catch-up effect following delivery delays at the beginning of the year, but also by pricing and commercial adjustments that seem to be paying off. It suggests, above all, that demand, weakened over the past two years, is starting to stabilize.

Conversely, Denmark shows a decline in Tesla registrations, reminding us that the recovery remains uneven across markets.
