It will equip powerful electric vehicles, likely the high-end Renault models and especially the future 100% electric Alpine lineup. Its high power could also be used for large utility vehicles like the Renault Master E-Tech.

An electric motor without rare earths

The announcement also specifies that it will require “less energy.” We know that electric consumption, around 17.7 kWh/100 km on a ZOE, is crucial for range issues.
