Renault officially announces the prices of the new Twingo E-Tech electric, confirming a promise made during the presentation of the concept in 2023: to offer an electric car under €20,000. A simple offer, focused on essentials
Starting with the Evolution version, the standard equipment is particularly comprehensive in the A segment. It includes a 7-inch driver display, a 10-inch central touchscreen with smartphone replication, manual air conditioning, individually sliding rear seats, as well as a wide range of driving aids, including automatic emergency braking and lane-keeping assistance.
The Techno trim, which tops the range, is distinguished by the integration of the OpenR Link multimedia system with built-in Google, “One Pedal” driving, automatic air conditioning, adaptive cruise control with Stop & Go, and a foldable passenger seat backrest. It clearly positions the Twingo E-Tech electric above the usual standards of the category.
On the charging side, a standard AC 6.6 kW charger is included, while the optional Advanced Charge package, priced at €500, adds rapid DC 50 kW charging as well as V2L and V2G functions, allowing for bidirectional energy use.
