Rather discreet in recent months, MG has reentered the race for Europe and intends to let it be known.

MG has confirmed its presence at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025, which will take place from July 10 to 13, featuring several major new products. Two unprecedented concepts, the Cyberster Black and the Cyber X, will make their European debuts at the event, alongside two new series 100% electric models.

The Cyberster Black is a revised version of the electric roadster Cyberster, showcased here in a deep black finish, accompanied by chrome details and an entirely black interior. It emphasizes a more refined aesthetic while retaining the sporty lines of the original model.

The Cyber X is a compact and urban concept. It introduces a new vision for MG’s “Cyber” sub-brand. With its retractable headlights, very short overhangs, and compact silhouette, it is designed for urban use. This concept embodies the future design directions of MG, under the leadership of Jozef Kaban, vice president of SAIC Design.

In addition to these two concept vehicles, MG will also present two new production models, officially unveiled on Thursday, July 10 at 11 a.m. One of them will participate in the famous Goodwood Hillclimb, alongside the MG EX4 EV prototype, which has already been seen in previous editions and makes a return with a new livery inspired by the legendary MG Metro 6R4.

At the brand’s main stand, the MG HS and MGS5 SUVs will also be on display. A second dedicated area will allow visitors to discover the MG4 EV XPower, the high-performance version of the compact model.
