Mazda surprises with the pricing of the Mazda6e

The all-new Mazda6e 100% electric has begun its pre-launch phase with an expected arrival in dealerships in September 2025.

Offered from €42,900, the Mazda6e (as one word) stands out with its excellent level of equipment even at the base trim. During the pre-launch phase, a €400 charging credit, equivalent to up to 5,000 km, is offered, along with a 30% discount on Ionity recharges.

Unveiled at the Brussels Motor Show in January 2025, the Mazda6e combines elegant design with spacious interior comfort and cutting-edge technology. It offers two electric motor options: a standard version with a 68.8 kWh battery providing up to 479 km of range and a 190 kW (258 hp) motor, and a Long Range version with an 80 kWh battery capable of reaching 552 km of range and a 245 hp motor. In both configurations, the sedan achieves a torque of 320 Nm and a top speed of 175 km/h.

Its main flaw? Being pretty!

With a length of 4.92 meters, the Mazda6e features a dynamic coupe profile while offering the advantages of a traditional sedan. It’s stylish, but unfortunately this might pose a challenge in the French market since sedan format isn’t particularly popular in the hexagon. Its exterior design is distinguished by an original lighting signature, frameless doors, and a power rear wing. The interior reflects a minimalist Japanese aesthetic, emphasizing simplicity and harmony, with quality materials and a panoramic roof that brings in natural light.

On the technology side, the Mazda6e features a 14.6-inch central touchscreen and a voice recognition system that allows control of various vehicle functions. The Bluetooth app enables locking, unlocking, and starting the car via a smartphone, for multiple users simultaneously.

The New Mazda6e is available in two trims: Takumi and Takumi Plus, with prices ranging from €42,900 to €46,500, depending on the version and battery capacity selected.
