Maserati Offers a Little Gem for Its 110th Anniversary

A special Maserati GranTurismo Anniversario series to celebrate 110 years of tumultuous history.

The Maserati GranTurismo is much more than a car. It is a gemstone that marked the brand’s renaissance after years of wandering and propels it toward tomorrow. The realization of hopes rekindled by the 3200 GT, the last Maserati powered by a genuine V8 before the Italian marque turned to its cousin Ferrari starting with the 4200 GT.

Born in 1914 in Bologna, the Italian brand initially dedicated itself to racing, shining on tracks, notably with the legendary 250F in Formula 1. In 1993, Maserati was acquired by Fiat and shifted toward exclusive road models. Wonders such as the Sebring, Ghibli, and Quattroporte were born, as well as bolder offerings like the Bora or Indy, always with a focus on bold design and roaring engines. Today, under Stellantis, Maserati aims to become Italy’s premier 100% electric luxury brand.

Returning to the GranTurismo, a model that combines sporty performance with long-distance comfort and luxury. Everything expected from a Maserati, in reality. It marks more than any other model this transition into the future envisioned by and for the brand, featuring for the first time in Maserati’s history a 100% electric powertrain, in the Folgore version.

The GranTurismo Folgore is the foundation of this special “110 Anniversario” series, in a limited edition of the same number of units as the years of the Trident House, symbolizing a bridge between the past, present, and future of the brand.

This limited series is available in two configurations of 55 units each: the first in Rame Folgore, the second in Blu Inchiostro, both with unique finishes, special wheels with “black and copper” details, and interiors in denim or black Econyl with copper or blue stitching.
