Launch Prices of the New Skoda Kodiaq
The second generation of Skoda’s family SUV, still available in 5 and 7 seats, is moving upmarket and prices are following suit.
Unveiled last October in Berlin, the second generation of the Skoda Kodiaq is about to hit our roads. For these launch models, prices start at €43,970 for the Selection trim combined with the 1.5 TSI Hybrid engine developing 150 horsepower.

The lineup currently consists of just three engines and one trim level. Moving from 5 to 7 seats adds a reasonable extra cost of €1,080. However, five interior designs, seven wheel models ranging from 17 to 20 inches, and nine body colors allow for many customization options.
Hybrid and diesel versions ahead of the electric Kodiaq
The petrol offer is represented by the 1.5 TSI Evo2 hybrid engine with 150 hp, featuring partial cylinder deactivation and paired with a 7-speed DSG gearbox. Fuel-efficient, it is rated with a mixed consumption of 5.9 L per 100 km. The diesel offer includes the 2.0 TDI with 150 horsepower, also paired with the same 7-speed DSG gearbox. Its efficiency is likely slightly affected by the vehicle’s size, with an officially announced consumption probably slightly optimistic at 5.3 L per 100 km. Lastly, the Kodiaq is also available as a plug-in hybrid. This new powertrain is available in a 5-seater configuration and offers up to 149 km of all-electric range.
Orders are already open, with initial deliveries expected by the end of May.
