How much does a fully equipped Dacia Spring cost?

The upscale move of Dacia is accelerating, to the point where we had fun configuring the most expensive Spring possible. Here’s the result.

Initially seen as the brand for clever individuals, where the priorities for a car are clearly defined – getting from point A to point B without spending a fortune – Dacia is evolving nonetheless. The upscale move is the direction of the industry in a time where volumes are decreasing and regulations are becoming stricter. Thus, there is no choice but to increase margins while attempting to remain a financially viable player.

For fun, Mobiwisy has put together a little configuration to see where crafting a Dacia Spring Full Options takes us. For this, one must already opt for the Extreme trim priced at 19,900 euros. No ecological bonus reduces the price, as the Spring is produced by Dongfeng Motor in China.

Compared to the previous generation, the Dacia Spring sees its power appreciably rise to 48 kW (or 65 horsepower). Enough to extract oneself from downtown and consider peri-urban commuting with more serenity. With its 26 kWh battery, the range displays 225 km in mixed cycle, again a value that is quite sufficient for everyday needs.
