Hence, why not take inspiration from the original model from the 80s, which managed to be perfect for every occasion and every customer? One doesn’t dream of a Panda, but there’s no problem with driving one. It’s a summary of the car that everyone can enjoy.

Designed in Italy at the Fiat Centro Stile in Turin, the Grande Panda is based on a multi-energy Stellantis platform already used in its cousin with the chevrons, the Citroën ë-C3. It’s a Swiss army knife platform that allows choosing the most suitable powertrain according to customer needs and, of course, each market’s specificities. Yes, this not-so-small Fiat has global ambitions.

Aspiring and Ingenious

With a length of 3.99 meters, a height of 1.57 meters, and a width of 1.76 meters, it offers excellent loading capacity despite its compact volume, featuring a trunk of 361 liters and 13 liters of well-thought-out storage in the cabin for passengers, including 3 liters in the “pocket” dashboard that, with a bit of imagination, recalls the timeless design of the 80s Panda.

Equipped with a 44 kWh battery and an 83 kW electric motor, the electric Grande Panda offers a range of over 320 km in combined WLTP cycle. The range will start at under 25,000 euros for the fully electric version. Yes, just like the Citroën ë-C3, but you know why.

So, to stand out, it requires small ideas that others haven’t had yet. The spiral charging cable is a delightful feature that will make the charging experience easier and cleaner. The cable, which works on alternating current up to 7 kW, has a special compartment under the hood. Gone are the days of searching for the accessory in the trunk under shopping bags and the mess of traditional cables. After opening the cover, simply pull out the cable and connect it to the charging station. Once charging is complete, it easily goes back into its compartment thanks to the spring action.
