CUPRA unveils the prices of the new electric Born

The new CUPRA Born opens its orders in France with a sharp design, immersive technologies, and extended range.

One month after its unveiling, the new CUPRA Born reaches a key milestone. The first 100% electric model from the Spanish brand is now officially available for order in France, showcasing enhanced ambitions in terms of design, performance, and range.

The CUPRA Born adopts the brand’s new aesthetic language. It features a more aggressive “shark nose” front end, triangular Matrix LED headlights, and a backlit logo integrated into a 3D light signature. Inside, the focus is on perceived quality and eco-design, with the extensive use of recycled and circular materials.

Technologies and Digital Immersion

The user experience reaches new heights with a 12.9-inch infotainment screen running on Android, complemented by an augmented reality head-up display. Music lovers will appreciate the integration of the Sennheiser sound system, while new driving aids such as Travel Assist 3.0 enhance active safety.

The range simplifies to three configurations suited for all uses:

• Born Plus: 190 hp, 58 kWh battery (484 km range).
• Born Endurance: 231 hp, 79 kWh battery (627 km range).
• Born VZ: The high-performance version with 326 hp (240 kW), capable of going from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds, while offering up to 631 km of range.

CUPRA Born Prices as of 01/04/2026

Starting at €40,050 (or €339/month), the new CUPRA Born is eligible for the government “Coup de Pouce” grant. Depending on household income, this aid can reach €5,170, making premium electric mobility more accessible. Orders are now open throughout the CUPRA France network.
