Bentley on Swiss time
Bentley Unveils Special Edition Celebrating the Centenary of the Bentley Dealership in Zurich with Mulliner.
Bentley Motors celebrates the 100th anniversary of its Zurich-based partner, Schmohl AG, with a quartet of luxury cars. The 100th Anniversary collection with a unique style is based on four Bentley models: the Bentayga S SUV, the four-door Flying Spur Speed sedan, as well as the Continental GT and GTC Speed. Each piece is handcrafted in Crewe, England, by Mulliner, Bentley’s internal customization and bespoke department.

For the 100th Anniversary Collection, Mulliner developed a new metallic slate blue exterior paint and a matching metallic slate blue stylistic finish, with personalized “100” ambient lighting. The Flying Spur Speed, GT, and GTC Speed models also feature a rear wing.

Custom “100” welcome lamps greet drivers and passengers as they enter or exit models from the 100th Anniversary collection. Inside, it’s all luxury and excellence with a primary Cognac leather and secondary Beluga hide, accented by Diamond Quilt contrast stitching. Embroidered “100” headrest badges personalize the seats, while a dual-finish black piano veneer on copper stone completes the dashboard and doors, with diamond-milled specifications in a shiny finish as standard.

Regarding the centenary, Roderick Pike, General Manager of Bentley Zurich, explains: “A centenary is a key milestone and a special celebration. Schmohl AG was founded in 1923, the same year Bentley’s 3 Litre became the first car from the brand to participate in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, achieving the fastest lap. The new cars in the 100th Anniversary collection reflect a proud partnership with Bentley, offering unique features to honor our special relationship.”
Now looking ahead, Bentley is activating the Beyond100 plan and will unveil an electrified lineup in 2024.
