Alfa Romeo unveils the enchanting sound of the 33 Stradale

Directly inspired by the legendary Tipo 33, a star of global motorsports, the 33 Stradale of 1967 is rightly considered one of the most beautiful cars in history. The new 33 Stradale reinterprets the stylistic codes of its predecessor and hints at some future stylistic directions for the brand. It could have remained a simple stylistic exercise destined to wander from car show to elegance contest, but the Italian manufacturer decided to produce it in 33 units, all of which are already sold, of course. Each unit is a unique piece produced artisanally in collaboration with the coachbuilder Touring Superleggera, while benefiting from modern quality standards.

The 33 fortunate owners were able to choose their engine between a Ferrari 2.9-liter biturbo V6 producing 620 horsepower or an electric powertrain of 750 horsepower. A thermal propulsion that is less powerful but lighter, or an electric all-wheel drive system that is more powerful but heavier… In both cases, top-notch performance, but a dilemma between glorifying the past or embracing a modern interpretation.
