Performant and Quite Affordable: Here is the New Urbet Lora
This page is translated from the original post "Performante et plutôt abordable : voici la nouvelle Urbet Lora" in French.

With the Lora, Urbet offers an interesting alternative to the Zero S.
Like Silence, Urbet is a Spanish company specializing in electric two-wheelers. Consisting of a scooter and several small motorcycles, its range will soon be expanded with a new roadster: the Lora. A prototype very close to the final model has just been officially presented at the Malaga salon.
Up to 360 km of range
On the entry-level Lora, the electric motor delivers a power of 5 kW (11 kW peak). The maximum speed reaches 120 km/h. The bike features a 7.56 kWh battery, which guarantees a theoretical range of 180 km in Eco mode. In Sport mode, expect around 120 km.
A step above, the Lora S sees its power increase to 8 kW (19 kW peak) and can reach a top speed of 150 km/h. A second battery brings the total capacity to 15.12 kWh. The Lora S is rated for a range of 360 km in eco mode, or 240 km in Sport mode.
The Urbet Lora features a double front disc brake clamped by four-piston calipers. It also has a 6.8-inch LCD screen. While the prototype uses a traditional chain, the final version will use a carbon toothed belt.
Considering the features, the listed prices seem quite reasonable. The standard Lora starts at €8,000, while the Lora S is sold starting at €11,500 (excluding incentives). The first deliveries are expected before the end of the year in Spain.
