Tesla Already Celebrates Christmas, €3,000 Discount on the Model Y

Tesla is not exactly known for its promotional gestures. However, the American company is offering some significant discounts at the end of the year.

€3,000: this is the amount of the discount Tesla is offering on the Model Y. An initiative that comes as the vehicle is already experiencing great success in France and more generally across Europe. However, note that the offer is only valid on cars in stock, and demand appears to be quite high. For example, the “Propulsion” versions are already sold out. With this promotion and the ecological bonus, their price would drop to €40,990.

At the time of writing, there are still “Long Range” Model Ys (533 km according to WLTP cycle). These versions are not eligible for any ecological bonus. With the €3,000 discount, the price drops to €61,990.

For reference, customers who pick up their new Tesla before December 31, 2022, will also receive free credits on the Supercharger network, which will amount to approximately 10,000 km.

Large promotion also on the Tesla Model 3

Tesla is also offering significant discounts on the Model 3 in stock, and this has been the case for several days now. Currently, almost all available units are “Propulsion” versions (491 km WLTP). The only Long Range Model 3 (602 km WLTP) has a rather unusual profile: it already shows 1,946 km on the odometer, while all the other vehicles have traveled less than 50 km. In most cases, the discount amount is also €3,000, resulting in a final price of €51,490 excluding options and bonuses. However, Tesla seems even more generous on well-equipped, more expensive models. For example, a Propulsion Model 3 with several optional features receives a discount of – €3,530. On the Long Range version with 1,946 km, the discount even reaches €5,550. All the available Model 3s on the brand’s website were well below €60,000 and therefore eligible for a €2,000 bonus.
