Which Tesla Model Y to choose for the fastest Paris to Toulouse trip?

After Lyon, Bordeaux, or even Marseille, the editorial team examined which Model Y is the fastest to connect the two cities. 

The Tesla Model Y vehicles are currently the most popular cars from the American brand. That’s why, the editorial team invites you to find out which vehicle in the range will take the least time to travel between the two cities. To do this, we used the Tesla planner, which provides the best routes based on the selected vehicle. 

The Model Y Standard Range

The first vehicle is the standard range model, with the range increasing depending on the vehicle. For this one, it will take exactly 9 hours to cover the 694 km between the two cities. Three stops will be necessary: the first at Brive-la-Gaillarde for 1 hour, the second at Châteauroux for 40 minutes, and finally, the last stop at Thiais for a much shorter 15-minute break.

The Model Y Performance

With the Performance model from the Y range, it will take you 8 hours and 6 minutes to connect the two cities and cover the 685 km distance. Similarly, three stops are required: the first at Brive-la-Gaillarde, like the standard range model, but this time the charging pause will be 35 minutes. The second stop will be in Limoges, with a 15-minute break, and the last in Vierzon, with a 30-minute stop.

The Model Y Long Range

This model has the greatest range, with 533 km, compared to 514 km for the Performance and 430 km for the standard range. For this trip with the Long Range model, it will take exactly 8 hours to cover the 685 km between the two cities. Only two stops will be necessary: the first at Brive-la-Gaillarde for 30 minutes, and finally at Châteauroux for a 50-minute break. 

In the end, it is no surprise that the Model Y Long Range will be the fastest to connect the two cities. Only six minutes more than the Performance model.
