Gold for the Competition Electric DS
DS is the first team to reveal the colors of its cars for the 100% electric Formula E Championship 2024.
We’re only in October, but the tenth season of Formula E is approaching quickly! The first official tests will take place at the end of the month in Valencia (October 23-27), and teams are gradually revealing themselves. This year, the French manufacturer’s single-seater engaged in the electric series boosts its brightness, elegant look, and visibility by reversing its gold and black colors! Thus, the DS E-TENSE FE23 now sports a dazzling golden hue on the front section, the side pontoons, and the entire halo, the arched structure that protects the drivers’ heads.

Equipped with the same powertrain as the season 9 single-seater (the motors are certified for a duration of 2 years), this new single-seater remains true to the brand’s color codes and team spirit.

As during Season 9, DS Penske will be represented by a duo of champions with Jean-Éric Vergne (double champion in 2018 and 2019) and Stoffel Vandoorne (world champion in 2022). The French manufacturer finished 5th in the teams’ championship in 2023 after a somewhat mixed season (only one victory in Hyderabad), and will surely aim for a better ranking in 2024.

Key figures since DS Automobiles’ involvement in Formula E:
- 105 races
- 4 championship titles
- 16 wins
- 47 podiums
- 22 pole positions
