Tesla is organizing a sweepstakes to give you the chance to attend the grand official presentation of the Cybertruck.

The Tesla Cybertruck presentation will take place at the Gigafactory in Austin, Texas, on November 30th, and a new page on Tesla’s website is dedicated to it. To have a chance to participate in this grand event, Tesla shareholders must visit the site and log in to enter the sweepstakes that will grant access to the coveted event.

Tesla states that the company can only accommodate a limited number of shareholders. “To ensure complete fairness, we are conducting a random draw to determine shareholder eligibility to participate,” Tesla writes on its webpage. Shareholders active as of September 30, 2023, can apply. To apply, please upload proof of your Tesla shares ownership as of September 30, 2023.”

The company also indicates that selected shareholders will need to verify their identity with a government-issued ID from the United States, adding that invitations will be personal and non-transferable. Unless you are among the European “Happy Few” directly invited, there’s no point in buying a ticket to Austin hoping to find an invitation on site.

This news comes after several months of uncertainty regarding the first deliveries of the Cybertruck, which are finally expected to occur a little over four years after the truck’s reveal in 2019.
