The Fiat 500 takes a flashback to 1957

Fiat launches a limited edition 500 Collezione 1957 paying homage to the heritage and successes of the car born in 1957.

On July 4, 1957, Fiat introduced a model that would become a legend. The Fiat 500 would become a true global ambassador of a certain way of living and moving around in Italian style. In 2007, Fiat decided to relaunch the model by adopting the stylistic markers of the legend. A bold challenge that could have quickly turned into disaster, as the model has entered the collective subconscious. With over 3.2 million units sold worldwide since 2007, including more than 2.7 million in Europe, it is not only a success but a resounding endorsement for the Italian brand.

To celebrate this icon, Fiat is launching a special limited series with only 1,957 units called “Collezione 1957.” The lovely car is equipped with a 1.0 hybrid engine producing 70 horsepower, paired with a manual transmission.

Available as a convertible, it sports a two-tone body in Gelato White and Rugiada Green with a beige soft top, accentuated by a silver liner and fitted with 16″ diamond white alloy wheels. The chrome mirror caps and the third brake light with “1957” silk-screened on it pay tribute to the car’s heritage, creating a link between 1957 and 2024. The interior is equally captivating, featuring ivory-covered seats with Frau leather inserts and a distinctive “ONE OF 1957” embossed logo, a wooden dashboard, and a dedicated numbered plaque on the central tunnel.
