Ford Puma ST 200, the end of a certain carefree spirit

For the farewell of the Puma ST 200, Ford has chosen to produce a limited special series “Last Edition” with only 100 units.

The launch of the new Ford Puma at the beginning of the year marked the end of its ultra-sporty ST 200 version with a manual gearbox and 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine delivering 200 horsepower. It is now replaced at the top of the range by the Ford Puma ST hybrid with automatic transmission, powered by the EcoBoost 1.0-liter engine producing 170 horsepower.

Authentic Ford ST

This is much more than just a farewell for this 100% petrol-powered model with a manual gearbox, delightful for enthusiasts of authentic mechanics but outdated in the eyes of new regulations. Ford has chosen a joyful and flamboyant send-off by giving it one last spin.

The Ford Puma ST 200 Last Edition retains all the features of the ST 200 which, besides its pure power of 200 hp, also delivers a generous torque of 320 Nm from 2500 rpm, guaranteeing muscular accelerations at all speeds. This model accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds and can reach 220 km/h on the track.

A unique Puma

The limited Last Edition series includes the Black Exterior Pack, the Full Safety Pack, the Performance Pack which features the limited-slip differential, the hands-free tailgate, the alarm system, and the Premium Blue Azura metallic paint specific to the ST finish. The package is personalized with stickers placed along the door sills, on the rims, the front splitter, and the rear bumper. These emphasize the sporty character of the urban SUV while contrasting with the Blue Azura hue. Inside, an anodized aluminum plate engraved with “200 Last Edition” adorns the bottom of the central digital screen, a nod to this final production of the ST 200.

The interior of the Ford Puma ST 200 features bucket seats from Ford Performance, certified by AGR, inspired by race models, with gray metallic stitching and an aluminum pedal set reminiscent of the sporty temperament of the model.
