Designed in Germany and boasting a claimed range of 700 kilometers, this Grandland is a beautiful and great surprise.

The new Opel Grandland features many stylistic characteristics initially seen on the Opel Experimental concept car. Notably, the 3D band with the illuminated Blitz logo prominently sits at the center of the front face, and the “OPEL” lettering is permanently illuminated at the rear. The Intelli-Lux Pixel HD lighting system, with more than 50,000 individual elements, the new STLA Medium platform specific to the 100% electric BEV model, and the new flat battery design allowing for a 98 kWh battery are other highlights of the Grandland Electric. The newcomer can travel up to 700 kilometers without emissions.

Moreover, short stops for charging are also ensured. It only takes 26 minutes to recharge the battery to 80% of its capacity at a public charging station.

The interior layout emphasizes horizontality, with lines crossing the dashboard to the doors, enhancing the feeling of width and space. Meanwhile, the 16-inch central screen, slightly angled towards the driver, and the high center console provide an increased sense of dynamism. Behind the steering wheel, a wide and discreet fully digital instrument cluster supplies essential information, allowing the driver to focus on driving, and, in combination with the Intelli-HUD head-up display, helps avoid taking eyes off the road. The driver also has the option to manually or automatically trigger the “Pure” mode. This mode reduces the amount of information on the instrumentation, head-up display, and central screen, limiting distractions when driving at night or in the rain. According to Opel tradition, frequently used settings, such as air conditioning, can also be intuitively controlled using physical buttons.
