The MG3 Hybrid+ the only one in the world under 20,000 euros?

Aiming to rival the Renault Clio and Toyota Yaris hybrids, the MG3 is now available for order at an attractive price.

The port of Le Havre welcomed this week the first batch of MG3s destined for the French market. Let the festivities begin! Three trim levels are available at the launch of the MG3, all sharing the same “Hybrid+” engine with 195 horsepower. This allows the small MG3 to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 8 seconds and provides outstanding responsiveness with the 80 to 120 km/h speed achieved in 5 seconds. Delivering 195 hp (143 kW) combined, the MG3’s powertrain has a WLTP mixed consumption of 4.4L/100 km. These performance figures are achieved thanks to a large 1.83 kWh battery, offering real ranges of 100% electric driving.

Navigation is included as standard across the entire range, along with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity and the connected smartphone application MG iSMART. From the very first trim level, the MG3 comes with 8 driving aids including emergency lane keeping with lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, front collision warning, and intelligent driving assistance. Other features included from the Standard trim are automatic climate control, 4 USB ports, a rearview camera with rear parking sensors, as well as a 7-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch touchscreen. At under 20,000 euros, what more could you ask for?

At 21,490 euros, the Comfort trim adds 16-inch alloy wheels, heated side mirrors, a rear windshield wiper, a rear ventilation outlet, and a 6-speaker audio system.

The Luxury trim enhances the Comfort trim features with 100% LED headlights, a 360° camera, artificial leather heated seats, a heated microfiber leather steering wheel, a rain sensor, hands-free access, and tinted side and rear windows. Richly equipped, this Luxury trim is available for only 23,490 euros. Perhaps even more interesting?
