Des Bentley: Nothing else for this palace

Bentley delivered a fleet of four fully customized Bentayga EWB Azure SUVs to The Peninsula Hong Kong.

Few brands can boast such an image of luxury and elegance as Bentley. The British brand was rightly chosen to enhance the image of the iconic establishment of the group The Peninsula, founded in 1928. These vehicles join the hotel’s fleet, following an initial adoption by Peninsula London in 2023.

Prepared by Mulliner, Bentley’s bespoke division, these models stand out with their Peninsula Green finish, an exclusive shade developed by the brand’s paint workshop. This color is complemented by two-tone gold accents that highlight the vehicle’s lines. The grilles and painted body elements reinforce a modern yet refined aesthetic.

The interior of these vehicles, configured for 4+1 seats, reflects Bentley’s artisanal craftsmanship. The seats are upholstered in Saddle leather, contrasted by touches of Beluga leather on the door panels and dashboard. The Burl wood, used for trims and rear tablets, completes this harmony of colors. Bentley embroidery, ambient lighting, and an integrated entertainment system enhance passenger comfort.

Custom details include exclusive accessories, such as towel holders, tissue boxes, and illuminated threshold plates engraved with “THE PENINSULA.” Additional USB ports and metallic emblems add both functional and aesthetic touches to the entire set.

These Bentayga EWB Azures, designed to provide interior space superior to most luxury SUVs, are now integrated into the chauffeur service at The Peninsula Hong Kong. You should know, sir, that here we don’t take taxis, sir, we don’t take taxis…
