The model is indeed offered at 60,990 euros, which is over 10,000 euros more than a standard LR AWD. As for colors, the choices are limited to solid black or Quicksilver gray. To those who can! This trim, which aims to symbolize allegiance to the Tesla cause, will feature 20-inch alloy wheels. A distinctive logo, like a sun or a star in the galaxy, will be placed on the rear hatch. Resembling the Plaid ultra-sporty models, it is distinguished by its warmer orange-red color.
When opening the doors, a Launch Edition badge on a plastic sill is displayed, along with a light that illuminates the ground, mirroring the trunk logo’s visual.
Inside, besides premium fabric floor mats (as Tesla states), a small Launch Edition inscription appears at the base of the double induction smartphone charger.
Finally, the top of the dashboard is adorned with a black faux-suede textured decoration. Nothing too crazy, rather a small marketing tactic to encourage customers to rush for the first units of this new 2025 model year of the Tesla Model Y.
