Volvo partners with Saut Hermès this weekend at the Grand Palais

For the seventh consecutive year, Volvo France is a partner of Saut Hermès, which returns to the historic site of the Grand Palais.

This international equestrian event, organized by Hermès, will be held from March 21 to 23, 2025, at the Grand Palais in Paris. The fifteenth edition marks the return of the competition to this iconic venue, after several editions held elsewhere.

Saut Hermès is a CSI 5* show jumping competition that brings together the best international riders and young talents under 25 years old. In addition to the competition, the event offers an equestrian show and various activities accessible to all spectators, celebrating the world of horses.

As part of this partnership, Volvo Car France supplies a fleet of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles to meet the logistical needs of the organizers. The brand’s flagship model, the Volvo EX90, is highlighted this year. This 100% electric SUV will be used for transporting riders and managing obstacles on the course.

Two Volvo EX90s, in Dune Sand finish, will also operate on the course between events, equipped with trailers to move the obstacles. Thanks to their all-wheel drive, these vehicles can tow up to 2.2 tons, demonstrating their versatility and efficiency in this context.

Additionally, hybrid plug-in models, including the Volvo XC90, will be used to transport participants. This 7-seater SUV combines performance and comfort, meeting the demands of a major international event.

Through this collaboration, Volvo Car France highlights its commitment to sustainable mobility while supporting a prestigious event on the global equestrian calendar.
