Can-Am Canyon, the Adventurers’ Tricycle

The new Can-Am Canyon 2025 is a highly anticipated evolution of the three-wheeled Spyder with a focus on off-road capabilities.

Equipped with the same 1,330 cc three-cylinder engine as recent Can-Am Spyder models, this trike adopts an adventurous style with long-travel suspension and a rugged aesthetic.

Adventure motorcycles have led sales for two decades, driven by the success of BMW GS. The Canyon follows this trend with key stylistic elements: boxy panniers, recessed headlights, and screw-on side panels that also evoke modern pickups and Jeeps.

Three wheels and three versions

The Can-Am Canyon is available in three trim levels:

• Standard (€27,899): basic version without luggage, weighing 452 kg dry, with Sachs shocks.
• XT (€32,899): equipped with 120 liters of storage in aluminum panniers, heated grips, and an auto-leveling rear suspension with air preload adjustment.
• Redrock (€34,899): includes KYB Smart-Shox semi-active suspensions, a rearview camera, and exclusive matte green paint.

All versions share the same 115 hp engine and Brembo brakes with four-piston calipers on 270 mm discs. The six-speed semi-automatic transmission features reverse and a towing capacity of 181 kg.

The suspension provides impressive travel: 260 mm at the front and 234 mm at the rear, all on a chassis designed for tough terrain. The dashboard features a 26 cm touchscreen compatible with Apple CarPlay and BRP Connect, with up to five riding modes for the Redrock version. The LinQ system allows the addition of over 20 accessories without tools.

With the Canyon, Can-Am targets a rapidly growing segment by combining off-road performance, advanced technology, and bold design.
